ON Site Audio Visual Rigging Services: Safety First, Precision Always
ON Site is the exclusive provider of rigging services for all non-tradeshow production events at the venue. Unlike sales-driven operations, our Rigging Services department is solely focused on ensuring the safety and security of personnel, attendees, and venue staff.
Whether it's a single stage light or large aerial installations, we maintain the highest safety standards. Our team collaborates closely with event planners and producers to analyze, verify, consult on, and approve rigging plans, all while following ON Services standards, industry regulations, and venue requirements.
In addition to consulting, ON Site Rigging Services manages the execution of all rigging needs, supported by significant investments in equipment and skilled labor. We coordinate with local suppliers, unions, and ETCP-certified rigging technicians to ensure that installations are seamless and secure.
Every rigging event requires an approved CAD diagram that specifies equipment and weight loads.

In the rare instance that we are unable to secure your business, we collaborate with third-party providers to ensure that standards and guidelines are communicated and upheld.
ON Site Audio Visual serves as your resource for the venue's technical capabilities. We oversee the protection and care of venue assets and ensure that all equipment is installed properly, prioritizing both safety and aesthetics.
